Loan application fees

An application fee is required before presentation to the Board. The fee structure is as follows:

Loan requests from $1 - $10,000                                  No application fee

Loan requests from $10,001 - $25,000                         $25.00 fee

Loan requests from $25,001 - $50,000                         $50.00 fee

Loan requests from $50,001 - $75,000                         $75.00 fee

Loan requests from $75,001 and up                             $100.00 fee

Upon approval, loans of over $100,000 are subject to a one-time 1% processing fee to a maximum of $1,500.   This is not due unless loan is approved but must be paid prior to disbursement.
