Loan application fees

Loan application fees

An application fee is required before presentation to the Board. The fee structure is as follows:

Loan requests from $0 - $25,000                                  $25.00 fee

Loan requests from $25,001 - $50,000                         $75.00 fee

Loan requests from $50,001 - $75,000                         $150.00 fee

Loan requests from $75,001 and up                             $250.00 fee

Upon approval, all loans $100,000 and over are subject to a 1% processing fee (upon disbursement, not annually). (Maximum processing fee of $3,000)
